Tim, hitting enter on the PowerPC install is not an option because the
system locks up quite thoroughly.   Does hitting enter work on i386 and
AMD64, if so this may be a separate bug.

  The Live CD for AMD64+Mac fails to reboot after the installation is
  complete

  The CD/DVD is ejected fine and the screen is cleared to a text
  console, then after a few steps, it hangs.
