[Bug 1216885] [NEW] wish: slideshow while release upgrade

Public bug reported:

I noticed that sometimes doing a release upgrade is slower than a fresh
install. I think there sholud be a slideshow like Ubiquity in Release
Upgrader. Also this should be different from Ubiquity Slideshow.
Introducing new features will be perfect!
