I have the same bug reproduced on my machine. details below.
among top, htop and system monitor, the results shown by system monitor
seems to be the correct in my case

Bug description:
The 'used' memory it shows differs from what is real. It differs vastly from what is being shown by 'htop' or System Monitor.
Please see the attached screen shot for more details.
top shows 'used' memory as 7.9 GB, while 'htop' and System Monitor shows it only 1.1 GB.
