  Autopilot: english tests not checking english values

Status in “ubiquity” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  The english installation tests are not checking the literal label
  values. They are only checked if the nonenglish tests end up picking
  english as the random language (which it shouldn't do this either). So
  needs fixing
