[Bug 1259959] [NEW] Installation of Lubuntu 13.10 crashed after disk part.

Trying to install Lubuntu 13.10 64-bit using Grub to dual-boot with an
existing Windows 7 partition on a 128GB SSD.  Partitions are as follows:

100 GB  -  Windows 7
1 GB       -  Linux Ext4 mounted as /boot
16 GB     -  Linux BTRFS mounted as /
4 GB       -  Linux swap

Installer crashed a couple minutes after defining the above partitions
during install.  Have tried twice, same result.
