Ubuntu better. We noticed that you were installing the LTS version of
Ubuntu using an older version of the installation media. The latest
point release of 12.04 is 12.04.3. Please try installing from that
version of the installation media and see if that resolves your issue.

My ubuntu wouldnt load, so i uninstalled and tried to reinstall, now
when trying to reinstall, it tells me it fails and something about
partioning files?
