Public bug reported:
I was proceeding to the upgrade release from ubuntu 13.04 to 13.10 but the upgrade don't go further because of third party software or prerelease ubuntu.
But in fact I do not use prerelease ubuntu software.
Concerning third party software :
http://ppa.launchpad.net/webupd8team/java/ubuntu
http://ppa.launchpad.net/gnome3-team/gnome3/ubuntu
http://deb.opera.com/opera/
