Status in “ubiquity-slideshow-ubuntu” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  In the installer for 13.10 (and seen in testing on 14.04), the
  screenshot shows non-free music being played.

  I think this is a good opportunity to instead promote some creative
  commons licensed music, some resources:
