[Bug 1265178] [NEW] crashed after pressing capslock a few times, then pressing tab

Public bug reported:

was at the account creation page and was typing in my password but
instead of pressing tab to rewrite my password, i was mistakenly
pressing capslock, but when i noticed that i was pressing capslock, i
then press tab and then it crashed.
