Agree with dino99; neither I am able to reproduce the issue on an
updated Quantal. Probably fixed via
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/quantal/+source/language-selector/0.85

  Then I dragged and placed them.
  And then gnome-language-selector crashed when I clicked on Apply System-Wide button.
