Oh yes,

I see it very good on the provided screenshots.

I see this as provided enough information to set the status of the
report to confirmed.

Just for completeness:

Are you willing to run

apport-collect 1120640

from terminal?

(by default your system will not have installed some phyton launchpad
libs -> please install them manually if apport disclaims on this.)

We get then the logs of the upgrade process here. May be they could
shorten the fixing process.

Bug description:
  The translation file of "ubuntu-release-upgrader" is completely
  translated, but almost all strings is not translated in UI.
