This bug was fixed in the package fai - 3.4.8ubuntu4

---------------
fai (3.4.8ubuntu4) raring; urgency=low

  * Check mdadm-startall before calling, as that binary is not shipped in
    ubuntu. (LP: #1008250)
  * Cherry pick https://github.com/faiproject/fai/commit/4b7b93c0bc25d49ce1293e1da7491923df56b18f.patch
    To remove duplicate use Storable.
