Dean, Dmitrijs tells me that this is no longer on anyone's roadmap to
implement. I try to concentrate on designing things that people will
implement, ;-) so please reassign back to me if that situation is
incorrect or changes.
(My initial thoughts are that "Install From Landscape…" would be the
sole item in a cogwheel-icon menu on the first step of the installer.)

Bug description:
For 13.04 the plan is to give the opportunity for users and companies
to register the machine with their Landscape account or instance and
pull down applicable preference(s) such as whether or not to enable
full disk encryption. We need a tasteful splash screen early in the
installer for that option to be available.
