Bug description:
  I tried a system update on 13.04 and the following message was
  outputted:

  update-manager crashed with python3-pyatspi2 in _run_in_dialog():
  Depends: python3-pyatspi (= 2.7.2+dfsg-2) but it is not installed.

  I not cant update the system even after cleaning the cache and using
  the apt-get autoclean command or the apt-get -f command. Hopefully
  this is enough info :)
