What language is this?
Is this still a problem?

Basically it just sounds like the message wasn't fully translated so the
untranslated parts showed up in english instead.

  Binary package hint: ubiquity

  On the installer welcome screen, only the "Welcome" title is localised
  when switching languages. All text on this page should switch when
  changing language.
