Bug description:
  Perform an 
  sudo add-apt-repository ppa:apt-fast/stable
  sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get upgrade
  sudo apt-get install apt-fast

  (I selected to keep apt-get and  Aria2c )

  after that I perform

  sudo apt-fast install chromium-browser
  sudo apt-fast upgrade

  This is when the error message produced.
