[Bug 1130623] [NEW] I'm trying to install a dual boot with Win7, and it's not letting me partition.

Public bug reported:

I've got a Dell Inspiron 15. I've successfully installed Windows 7, but
when I came to install Ubuntu 12.04LTS, I got to the partition section,
and it freaked out: it refused to offer me option to partition the disk.
In the end, I went into Windows and used it's partioner instead. I then
tried again to install U12.04, and this time it gave me the option to
install Ubuntu next to Windows - but then it ended up erroring, and
refusing to go any further. That's when it asked me to supply you with
this bug report.

Pretty frustrated right now.
