Ubuntu Natty/11.04 is now EOL, and the repositories have moved. It is highly recommended to upgrade to a newer version of Ubuntu, but if you want to continue using the current version, then you have to edit your /etc/apt/sources.list file.
This command will open the file:
gksu gedit /etc/apt/sources.list

Replace all instances of 'archive.ubuntu.com' with 'old-releases.ubuntu.com', save the file, and quit gedit.
sudo apt-get update

       Status: New => Invalid
