Public bug reported:

This appears to be essentially the same as several confirmed bugs
previously reported, only the two digits at the end of the line after
"ubuntu" are different, being "13" in my case. This was a new install,
not an upgrade, and was only being installed at the suggestion of the
update manager, or whatever it is properly called.
