It's the 'additional drivers' handling that's slow. That used to be
jockey, and is now moved into software-properties. Thanks.

Bug description:
Calling software-properties takes arround 30sec for starting.
It is not important how to it is called.(Software-Centner, unity,
terminal).
It is also not important of the sources.list. I have tested several
list. No effect, it keeps on long starting times.
This has also be occured on quantal and is not unique to raring.
