[Bug 1097150] [NEW] [edit-patch] man page confuses edit-patch with add-patch

Public bug reported:

Man page states that edit-patch is interactive, and add-patch is not. On
my system, it's the other way around. I assume it's the man page
mistake, or could the executables itself somehow switch places?
