Still have this bug in 12.10! Unzip doesn't work.

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: file-roller

  File Roller Extracted Files from zip archive packed in Windows in
  whong Russian characher set. So filenames were lost. But my CLI unzip
  command works correct whith the same archive (its create two variants
  of filenames during extracting).
