Bug description:
  Binary package hint: sysvinit

  I tried hardy upgrade, and my concurrency setting in /etc/init.d/rc was overriden without warning.
  Like it happen for other manually changed configuration files, I should have been prompted to see differences and asked which version I would like to keep.
