  Update wants to restart instead of restarting it logs off my account

Status in “update-manager” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  I just finish installing updates. I closed the popup and kept on
  working. When I was finish with my computer I tried to shut it down. I
  click the shut down button and instead of shutting down my computer it
  logged out my account.
