The PageGtk part of a plugin can access
self.controller._wizard.live_installer which is the dialog object, so I
can use it to make a workaround.

** No longer affects: oem-priority

Title:
  ubiquity/custom_title_text can not be l10n.

Status in “ubiquity” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Template: ubiquity/custom_title_text
  Type: string
Description: for internal use; sets a custom title on installation windows.

The requirement is to support l10n for ubiquity/custom_title_text or
create other mechanism to support the same purpose.
