Looking further back in the log it looks like a networking issue however
the system was able to download packages from this server earlier on in
the logs.

  install 12.04 to ssd fails

  Incomplete

Bug description:
  attempt to install 12.04 to new pc build. ssd is to be root drive.
  failed. don't know exactly why, but notice said it could not put the
  boot information.
