This can never happen. Can you reproduce this issue? Did packagekitd
crash? Is maybe PackageKit just running and still processing stuff when
you try to write-access the archive?

  Search online apps, I have installed one of them but when the process
  finished doesn't remove /var/cache/apt/archives/lock.
