Public bug reported:

Currently we have about 60 machines using NIS+NFS that mounts home to
Ubuntu 10.04 client and after logout, homes are unmounted from client.
Now we try to get the same behavior with 12.04 or 12.10 but without
success. No meter what we do, home is always busy after logout and
reboot is the only way to umount such mounts.

lsof and fuser does not show any useful information and we can't start
migration with such behavior present.
