[Bug 1106520] [NEW] Update Manager should allow user to pick which update should be listed as Package name or Description

Public bug reported:

Ubuntu 13.04

I'm trying to think of the best way to describe this.

Currently, Update Manager displays updates by their package's
description. I would like the ability to show updates as package name.

I think the options should be something like:
-Description
-Package Name (or just Name)
-Both

Obviously, the group name should stay as description. I just referring
to everything below each one.

** Affects: update-manager (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
