Status in “update-manager” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  After running a update I am presented with a dialog that tells me that
  I need to restart.

  Do not force me to restart.
  People hate when they update their system and gets forced to restart, and this leads to users avoiding installing updates.
