D'oh, just need some exclusion rules to keep x32 out of the amd64/i386
dbg packages. Will happen in the next upload.

Bug description:
I'm using Ubuntu 13.04 dev and libc6-dbg:i386 2.16-0ubuntu8 fails on
installing with an error:
root at ubuntu:~# apt-get install libc6-dbg:i386
