Public bug reported:

Something seems wrong with initramfs-tools and dropbear

update-initramfs: deferring update (trigger activated)
Processing triggers for libc-bin ...
ldconfig deferred processing now taking place
Processing triggers for initramfs-tools ...
update-initramfs: Generating /boot/initrd.img-3.2.0-36-generic
cp: cannot stat `/lib/libnss_*': No such file or directory

I think this is due to i386 vs. x86_64 libraries.

** Affects: initramfs-tools (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
