It was last updated in December 2012. Surely it doesn't have to be
updated daily?

Bug description:
  The Ubuntu popcon website reports "Last generated on Sun Oct 9
  22:32:09 2011 UTC". It used to be updated daily. Could someone please
  get it going again?
