  Should skip transitional dummy -dbg packages

Status in “pkg-create-dbgsym” package in Ubuntu:
  In Progress

Bug description:
  In saucy we have unity-services-dbgsy depending on unity-2d-dbg
  (transitionnal dummy binary), we should probably skip dummy when
  looking for existants -dbg binaries
