  Failure upgrading from 12.10 to 13.04

Status in “ubuntu-release-upgrader” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Did a distribution upgrade from 12.04 to 12.10, it worked other than
  having to fix a nvidia problem. Then I did a distribution upgrade to
  13.04. Failed and asked me to run "ubuntu-bug ubuntu-release-upgrader-
  core".
