Public bug reported:

I wanted to remove a ppa and even though --remove (or -r) is used it
says 'You are about to __add__ the following...'

$ sudo add-apt-repository --remove ppa:eugenesan/java
You are about to add the following PPA to your system:
 java

 More info: https://launchpad.net/~eugenesan/+archive/java
Press [ENTER] to continue or ctrl-c to cancel adding it

I thought the -r / --remove option was ignored but no, it works as
expected, just has wrong text...

Second time running shows it was removed.

$ sudo add-apt-repository -r ppa:eugenesan/java
You are about to add the following PPA to your system:
 java

 More info: https://launchpad.net/~eugenesan/+archive/java
Press [ENTER] to continue or ctrl-c to cancel adding it

Error: 'deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/eugenesan/java/ubuntu oneiric main'
doesn't exist in a sourcelist file

It should rather say something along the lines of 'You are about to __remove__ the following...'
