[Bug 1203224] [NEW] Top bar in GNOME Shell should say "Install Ubuntu GNOME" or "Install" not "Ubiquity"

Public bug reported:

When the installer is opened in Ubuntu GNOME's live session, it show up
in the top bar as Ubiquity. I believe this name is determined by simply
capitalizing the binary name (/usr/bin/ubiquity). I have noticed this in
other Python apps (but not all of them) such as Gpartedbin and Apport-
gtk. The "Ubiquity" name also shows up in the Alt-Tab window switcher
and the left sidebar ("dash") of the Activities Overview.

Instead it should say either "Install" or "Install Ubuntu GNOME 13.10"
