Title:
Restart causes BIOS fail, power needs removing

Status in “grub2” package in Ubuntu:
  Expired

Bug description:
Tribooting Natty64/XP/7 - Upon restarting Natty, Grub menu displayed,
once OS is chosen the boot fails. After a hard power off the PC then
fails to boot at all, needs power supply removing until motherboard is
reset. Problem is consistent. No problem with hardware -
restarting/switching from other OS is fine, Ubuntu 10 does not display
same behaviour, cannot replicate problem with any other OS.

  ubuntu-11.04-beta2-desktop-amd64
