Title:
stty not able to configure /dev/ttyACM0

Status in “coreutils” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: coreutils

Intrepid 8.10a4 (from live-cd) and updated from 8.04.1
When connecting a PhotoTrackr, the device is connected as /dev/ttyACM0
  This goes allright.
then the settings need to change with stty

  from the terminal
  $stty -F /dev/ttyACM0 cs8 raw 115200

  then the terminal waits..........
and a process is added in the system-monitor with a 'waiting channel' reporting "tty_wait_until_sent"
When using stty on /dev/ttyUSB0, the USB-port is configured and the prompt get back.

Also in 8.04 stty does work on the same /dev/ttyACM0 with no
  complaints
