Title:
Intrepid hd-media images fail to start
Status in “debian-installer” package in Ubuntu:
Invalid
Bug description:
hd-media images (http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/dists/intrepid/main/installer-i386/current/images/hd-media/) used for installations from usb (zcat boot.img.gz > /dev/usbdev), fail to load the installer.
The boot process fails after displaying: Loading kernel .... ready
The systems are simply rebooted and thats all!
Tested on both, an i386 machine and an amd64 laptop.
Any help is welcomed!
