  Upstart logfiles should be readable by adm group

Status in “upstart” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  Logfiles in /var/log/upstart are only readable by root. They should be
  readable by members of the 'adm' group, like most other logfiles.

  (Ubuntu 12.04.)
