Bug description:
  Binary package hint: gzip

  I have downloaded several files and every time it returns back that
  they are not in the gzip format even though they are.  I tried the
  same files in my Ubuntu gutsy box and no problem just in the 8.10 beta
  that I am problems.  I tried reinstalling the gzip program with no
  luck.
