In case above is too much for the text box, here it is again (when try
to upgrade to Ubuntu 12.04 from 10.04 LTS )

"An unresolvable problem occurred while calculating the upgrade:
The package 'update-manager-kde' is marked for removal but it is in the removal blacklist."

I am running a few software packages not provided by Ubuntu (a few apps
from Cononical Partners, Handbrake,  Sun Java 6.0 plugin).
