  Incomplete

Bug description:
  subprocess new pre-installation script returned error exit status 1

  "Could not install '/var/cache/apt/archives/libc6_2.17-0ubuntu5_amd64.deb'"
  "...package may not be in a working state."

  Was upgrading from Kubuntu 12.10
