Public bug reported:

Hi, i had install Ubuntu on my PC in a second partition (I have windows
7). After installation and update, i restarted my computer to complete
the update and when my pc boot on Ubuntu a black screen appears and it
said ''Update fail''. After, it said ''Enter your password'' but i can't
because when a tape on my keyboard nothing appears and i tape enter and
it says ''Wrong Password try again''. So, i delete the partition on
windows to restart the installation of ubunto, but ,during the
installation, it says ''error for update''. That's a short summary of
the message error.

If you can send the answers in french, that's could be appreciate.

Thanks
