Public bug reported:

Executing "status plymouth-ready" outputs "status: Unknown parameter:
UPSTART_EVENTS". I'm not sure what the desired behaviour for this is,
but it's an issue for me as it prevents the puppetlabs supplied deb of
puppet, version 3.2.2-1puppetlabs1 from being able to generate a
manifest of services.

Ubuntu 12.04.2 LTS
plymouth 0.8.2-2ubuntu31.1

** Affects: plymouth (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
