[Bug 1195573] [NEW] Updates list does not show any icon for an application that doesn't have an icon

Public bug reported:
If I have an application installed that does not have an icon, the
updater will list that application with absolutely no icon. This looks
really weird and disorganized.
Instead, we should use the "application-x-executable" icon as a
fallback, which is the convention with application launchers and menus.
** Affects: update-manager (Ubuntu)
Importance: Undecided
Status: New
** Attachment added: "UpdatesAvailable window listing an application without an icon. Note the oddly aligned "Break Settings" item"
