  New

Bug description:
  In version live-build_3.0~a57-1ubuntu4, trying to build a hdd image
  with mode=ubuntu and a syslinux theme with a static live.cfg fails
  with:

  sed: can't read /live.cfg: No such file or directory

  ubuntu-casper-normalisation.patch adds a line that tries to alter
  ${_SUFFIX}/live.cfg, but _SUFFIX is undefined. ${_TARGET}/live.cfg
  should be used instead.
