[Bug 1142400] Re: update-manager crashed with UnboundLocalError in _get_application_for_package(): local variable 'installed_file' referenced before assignment

To do the updates is not possible cause the search window does not
disappear and cannot be closed.

Logout and login again, clicking on the update icon leads to teh next
crash same error!

  4a. Settings - Screen - change resolution
  4b. click on 'Software Updates'
  4c. Packages where downloaded
  4d. update-manager crashed AND updates where shown in the icon on the panel
