[Bug 1143359] [NEW] Dell Latittude 6340u - Systems will not boot in uEFI mode

Public bug reported:

After installing 12.04.2 onto two different Dell Latittude 6430u
machines, neither would boot in uEFI mode.

On looking at the boot options, there was an Ubuntu uEFI boot entry but
it was not bootable.  To work around this, I had to set the boot mode to
"Legacy mode, Secure Boot OFF".  At this point, the systems both were
bootable.

Prior to this, while in uEFI boot mode, the systems complained about no
boot device available.

both systems were installed via PXE using legacy PXE boot mode.
